*Exhibit fee includes breakfast, lunch, free seminar pass and picture on distribution flyer and poster with early registration. No reselling or sharing of space unless approved and authorized by representative of Black Writers On Tour. Only the title publication listed on the registration form (below) can be sold or displayed at your space. Black Writers On Tour will not be responsible for: airfare, hotel accommodations, and any other related expenses.

*Please Note: If you would like your photo to be placed on our distribution flyer for promotions purposes, we must receive a wallet, passport or 5X7 sized photo on or before February 1st, 2008. Photos will not be returned. By sending a photo you give us permission to use your photo.
